Professional Misconduct decision on Groia

Standards of civility are “not new” since the Felderhof matter, says the LSUC discipline tribunal (see reasons here: Groia Reasons (findings) Jun 28-12), finding there was professional misconduct on the part of Joe Groia. While sentencing is to be determined separately, an appeal by Groia would surprise no one.
