How to get into Big Deals

Our next editorial deadline is right around the corner (for Lexpert’s April issue, please submit by February 6), so here are a few tips for maximizing the odds of having your firm’s deals included in the magazine:

  • ensure your Big Deal submission has a value of greater than $50 million, and has closed within six months of the issue to which you are submitting
  • provide the names of all firms and lawyers involved (I will also send the write-up to each firm for confirmation)
  • review a previous issue for guidelines on style (for example, we generally do not include middle initials unless it is to differentiate lawyers with the same name.)
